Simply place an order online, choose a timeslot, and an associate will gather your items and place them in bags. When your order is ready, we'll send a Ready for Pickup email if you’ve chosen to pick up from your local store or your order can be delivered right to your door.

Before you contact customer care for a delayed or cancel order, be sure to:
Call the store if you've received the notification and checked in before you arrived and are still experiencing a delay. You'll find the phone number in our app or when you arrive at the pickup location.

To see if your address qualifies for delivery:
When your order is ready, we'll send a Ready for Pickup email if you’ve chosen to pick up from your local store or your order can be delivered right to your door.
A local, third-party delivery driver will bring your order right to your door. After the driver picks up your order, you'll get a notification letting you know the driver is on their way. In some cases, the delivery can take up to two hours to get to you.
If you're satisfied with your delivery experience, you can leave feedback and add a tip for your driver .
If there's a delay in your scheduled delivery, you may get a text message or push notification inviting you to reschedule your delivery order or change to a pickup order. You can reschedule your delivery order or choose a pickup time slot within the next 24 hours. If you pick up your order, we'll refund your delivery fees and tip.
