Normal processing takes up to 20 days, plus additional time for mailing, and costs $1. Expedited service is not available. Always provide the name of the country needing a Michigan Apostille or Certificate of Authentication.

Your cover letter must include the name of the country, payment, self-addressed prepaid envelope or airbill for the documents to be mailed to you after processing, and a daytime phone number for possible questions. You must enclose an original or certified copy of the document.
